Marc Kastner has been a gardener for many years developing his own garden and more latterly offering advice and support locally to those with less time to maintain their own gardens.

Marc was born in East Devon and lived here for many years with a spell living on the outskirts of Perth, Western Australia. He has enjoyed a successful career in Local Government managing a range of Children's Services Teams. Marc read for a bachelor of science in criminology and completed a post graduate award in law. He is a chartered manager and a fellow of the Chartered Management Institute. 

Marc is now a volunteer Police Chaplain with Devon & Cornwall Police offering support and care to Police Officers and Staff and is training with South West Ministry Training Course for ordination as an associate priest with the Church of England.
